The box actually got here faster than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking did lag a bit though, which made it feel like they weren’t really keeping it updated properly. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to know where it was

The box showed up beat up, and a bunch of the parts were just loose inside, loose loose. Putting it together was more annoying than I expected and took way longer than it should have. Not impossible, but definitely frustrating.

I went in hoping to grab a few basic parts, but I couldn’t find what I needed?? The sizes and brands available felt limited, so it was a bit frustrating.

I’ve bought from Competitive Cyclist a few times now, mostly when they’ve had promo codes or some kind of sale going. Their regular prices can feel a little high, but once a discount pops up, it’s a totally different story.
I usually keep an eye on the email deals and clearance section, especially for shoes, jerseys, or random kit stuff. Shipping has been perfectly fine too, not like insanely fast, but faster than some places I’ve ordered from, and...
The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that prices seem to move around a lot. It feels like you kind of have to watch an item for a bit before pulling the trigger, otherwise you might see it cheaper a week later.

I had to swap a jersey for the next size up, and it was painless. The return label printed clearly, which I always notice because weirdly tiny barcodes make me nervous, and the instructions were easy to follow. It took a few days for the exchange to actually process, but support got back to me fairly quickly when I asked about it. Not totally perfect, but the bigger size showed up and everything worked out fine

I was able to find the bike parts I needed quickly, and checkout was straightforward, which was a relief. i wish more sites made it this simple, but at least this one didn’t waste my time.

Ordered from Competitive Cyclist and, everything showed up just how it was listed. The size was right, color matched, and all the parts were there. The box was a little roughed up when it arrived... but nothing was missing or damaged, so no real complaint there. Overall, happy with it and I’d order from them again.

I reached out for help choosing the right size and figured the “expert” advice would be solid. Unfortunately, the size they recommended was off, and when I followed up, it felt like they were just reading a script instead of actually helping.

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but the fit support wasn’t useful for me at all. I ended up wasting time and had to figure it out on my own somewhere else.

Customer service replied super fast, which I really appreciated. that’s how companies should treat people—it just feels respectful and decent.
